Licensee Response to Requirements Document. Licensee shall provide PalmSource with written notice within thirty (30) calendar days of Licensee’s receipt of PalmSource’s product requirements document for each New Version, setting forth in reasonably sufficient detail Licensee’s initial reaction to the proposed New Version. If in such notice, or at a later date, Licensee informs PalmSource that it does not plan to initially use the New Version, the parties will promptly meet and discuss the New Version and Licensee’s rationale for not wanting to initially use it with Licensee Products.
