Common use of Licensee Statements Clause in Contracts

Licensee Statements. The Licensee shall not intentionally, in any written material or otherwise, make any reference to or use of the Trademarks in such a manner as may lead the reader thereof to believe that the Licensee is licensed to apply the Trademarks to any product which is not a Certified Product at the time such reference is made.
