Licensee to Comply with Environmental Laws. In relation to its use of the Premises, the Licensee shall, during the Term of Agreement, and in relation to the Premises: comply with relevant Environmental Law; use its best endeavours to prevent a breach of any Environmental Law; report any breach even if accidental; and provide to the Licensor as soon as reasonably practicable details of notices received by or proceedings commenced against the Licensee pursuant to an Environmental Law:
