LICENSEE’S BOOKS AND RECORDS. (a) Licensee shall maintain separate and appropriate books of account and records, of all its operations under or in connection with this Agreement all in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (including, without limitation, a sales journal, sales return journal, cash receipt book, general ledger, purchase orders, cutting tickets, and inventory records) and shall make accurate entries concerning all transactions relevant to this Agreement.
