Licensee’s Continuing Obligations. Without limiting any of the above provisions, in the event of a termination as a result of Licensee’s failure to comply with any of its obligations under this Agreement, Licensee shall continue to be obligated to pay any such sums that may then be owing to ISx, nor shall termination discharge any liability that may have been incurred by Licensee subsequent thereto.
