Common use of LICENSEE'S EQUIPMENT TO REMAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

LICENSEE'S EQUIPMENT TO REMAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Licensee’s Equipment, Entrance Cable and In Building Wire shall remain personal property of the Licensee although it may be affixed or attached to the Building, and shall, during the Term of this Agreement, or any Renewal Term, and upon the expiration of this Agreement belong to and, subject to Section 20, be removable by the Licensee.
