LICENSEE'S RECORDS. For each license of Software acquired pursuant to this Agreement, Licensee agrees to retain records of that license for one year beyond the duration of that license, provided that Licensee has no obligation to retain records of a license beyond one year after Licensee ceases to retain a copy of the Software to which a license applies. Licensor may access Licensee's records as provided in the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act and any other applicable law. Except as stated in this Agreement, Licensor agrees that Licensee has no obligation to retain any records.
