Common use of Licenses and Authorities Clause in Contracts

Licenses and Authorities. (a) AUL has and shall at all times maintain all licenses and other registrations and authorities required by law or regulation to perform the services required to be performed by AUL hereunder except as would not reasonably be expected to have a material and adverse effect on AUL, its performance of this Agreement or the Company. AUL has complied and will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations except as would not reasonably be expected to have a material and adverse effect on AUL, its performance of this Agreement or the Company.

AUL AUI has complied and will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations except as would not reasonably be expected to have a material and adverse effect on AULAUI, its performance of this Agreement or the Company.
