Common use of Licenses and Authorizations Clause in Contracts

Licenses and Authorizations. 13.1 The Parties shall comply with all applicable Laws and Regulations and take all such actions as are necessary to obtain and maintain in full force and effect during the term of this Contract any and all licenses, authorizations, and consents required for the proper performance of their obligations hereunder. 13.2 Upon request, each Party shall provide the other a copy of each license, approval, or permit obtained pursuant to, or necessary for performance in connection with, this Contract.
