LICENSES AND LAWS. 9 A. 22 36 c. A certification that CONTRACTOR has fully complied with all applicable federal and 23 37 state reporting requirements regarding its employees;

CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR immediately and 30 in writing of its inability to obtain or maintain, irrespective of the pendency of any hearings or appeals, 31 permits, licenses, approvals, certificates, accreditations, waivers and exemptions. Said inability shall be 32 cause for termination of this Contract.
14 33 B. ENFORCEMENT OF CHILD SUPPORT OBLIGATIONS
15 34 1. CONTRACTOR agrees to furnish to ADMINISTRATOR within thirty (30) calendar days 35 of 16 the award of this AgreementContract:
17 36 a. In the case of an individual contractor, his/her name, date of birth, social security 37 number, 18 and residence address;
