LICENSES AND LAWS. 19 A. CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees, and subcontractors shall, throughout the term 20 of this Agreement, maintain all necessary licenses, permits, approvals, certificates, waivers and 21 exemptions necessary for the provision of the services hereunder and required by the laws and 22 regulations of the United States, State of California, COUNTY, and any other applicable governmental 23 agencies. CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR immediately and in writing of its inability 24 to obtain or maintain, irrespective of the pendency of an appeal, permits, licenses, approvals, certificates, 25 waivers and exemptions. Said inability shall be cause for termination of this Agreement.

CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR immediately within five (5) business days and in writing 22 of its inability 24 to obtain or maintain, irrespective of the pendency of an any appeal, such permits, licenses, 23 approvals, certificates, 25 waivers and exemptions. Said inability shall be cause for termination of this 24 Agreement.

CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees, affiliates, and subcontractors shall, throughout 18 the term 20 of this Agreement, maintain all necessary licenses, permits, approvals, certificates, waivers 19 accreditations, waivers, and 21 exemptions necessary for the provision of the services hereunder and 20 required by the laws and, regulations and 22 regulations requirements of the United States, the State of California, 21 COUNTY, and any anyall other applicable governmental 23 agencies. CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR immediately and in writing of its inability 24 to obtain or maintainaccreditations, irrespective of the 23 pendency of an appealappealany hearings or appeals, permits, licenses, approvals, certificates, 25 24 waivers and exemptions. Said inability shall be cause for termination of this Agreement.

Said inability shall be cause for termination of this Agreement.
