LICENSES AND LAWS. 22 A. CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees, affiliates, and subcontractors shall, throughout 23 the term of this Agreement, maintain all necessary licenses, permits, approvals, certificates, 24 accreditations, waivers, and exemptions necessary for the provision of the services hereunder and 25 required by the laws, regulations and requirements of the United States, the State of California, 26 COUNTY, and all other applicable governmental agencies. CONTRACTOR shall notify 27 ADMINISTRATOR immediately and in writing of its inability to obtain or maintain, irrespective of the 28 pendency of any hearings or appeals, permits, licenses, approvals, certificates, accreditations, waivers 29 and exemptions. Said inability shall be cause for termination of this Agreement. 30 B. ENFORCEMENT OF CHILD SUPPORT OBLIGATIONS 31 1. CONTRACTOR certifies it is in full compliance with all applicable federal and State 32 reporting requirements regarding its employees and with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings
