LICENSES AND LAWS. 2 A. CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees, affiliates, and subcontractors shall, throughout 3 the term of this Contract, maintain all necessary licenses, permits, approvals, certificates, accreditations, 4 waivers, and exemptions necessary for the provision of the services hereunder and required by the laws, 5 regulations and requirements of the United States, the State of California, COUNTY, and all other 6 applicable governmental agencies. CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR immediately and 7 in writing of its inability to obtain or maintain, irrespective of the pendency of any hearings or appeals, 8 permits, licenses, approvals, certificates, accreditations, waivers and exemptions. Said inability shall be 9 cause for termination of this Contract. 10 B. CONTRACTOR shall comply with all applicable governmental laws, regulations, and 11 requirements as they exist now or may be hereafter amended or changed.
