LICENSES AND LAWS. 20 A. CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees, affiliates, and subcontractors shall, throughout 21 the term of this Contract, maintain all necessary licenses, permits, approvals, certificates, accreditations, 22 waivers, and exemptions necessary for the provision of the services hereunder and required by the laws, 23 regulations and requirements of the United States, the State of California, COUNTY, and all other 24 applicable governmental agencies. CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR immediately and 25 in writing of its inability to obtain or maintain, irrespective of the pendency of any hearings or appeals, 26 permits, licenses, approvals, certificates, accreditations, waivers and exemptions. Said inability shall be 27 cause for termination of this Contract. 28 B. ENFORCEMENT OF CHILD SUPPORT OBLIGATIONS 29 1. CONTRACTOR certifies it is in full compliance with all applicable federal and State 30 reporting requirements regarding its employees and with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings 31 Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignments and will continue to be in compliance throughout the 32 term of the Contract. Failure to comply shall constitute a material breach of the Contract and failure to 33 cure such breach within sixty (60) calendar days of notice from COUNTY shall constitute grounds for 34 termination of the Contract. 35 C. CONTRACTOR shall comply with all applicable governmental laws, regulations, and 36 requirements as they exist now or may be hereafter amended or changed.
