Common use of LICENSES AND LAWS Clause in Contracts

LICENSES AND LAWS. 7 A. CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees, and subcontractors shall, throughout the term 8 of this Agreement, maintain all necessary licenses, permits, approvals, certificates, waivers and 9 exemptions necessary for the provision of the services hereunder and required by the laws and 10 regulations of the United States, State of California, COUNTY, and any other applicable governmental 11 agencies. CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR immediately and in writing of its inability 12 to obtain or maintain, irrespective of the pendency of an appeal, permits, licenses, approvals, 13 certificates, waivers and exemptions. Said inability shall be cause for termination of this Agreement.

Said inability shall be cause for termination of this Agreement.
