Licenses and Permits for Generation Facilities. Operator is authorized to obtain and maintain compliance with all licenses, approvals and permits for each Generation Facility from Governmental Authorities required for operation and maintenance of the Generation Facility. Upon mutual agreement of Operator and Owner, or as required by Legal Requirements, Operator will be designated in such licenses, approvals and permits as having operating responsibility for the Generation Facilities.
