Licenses and Permits. Prior to furnishing the requested product(s), it shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to obtain, at no additional cost to Orange County, any and all licenses and permits required to complete all contractual requirements. These licenses and permits shall be readily available for review by the Manager, Procurement Division or authorized designee.
