6.5 CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR within seventy-two (72) hours if CDSS or SSA substantiates findings on investigation involving CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR’s staff, and/or if action is being taken against the CONTRACTOR’s license by CDSS.
6.6 CONTRACTOR shall cooperate with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) on the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the State’s Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention and Intervention Program, and shall comply, to the mutual satisfaction of COUNTY and CDSS, with any and all reporting and evaluation requirements established by CDSS.

LICENSES AND STANDARDS. 5.1 CONTRACTOR warrants that it and its personnel, described in Paragraph 27 23he/she has of this ContractAgreement, who are subject to individual registration and/or licensing requirements, have all necessary licenses and permits required by the laws of the United States, State of California (hereinafter referred to as “State”), County of Orange, and all other appropriate governmental agencies to perform the services described in this ContractAgreement, and agrees to maintain, and require its personnel to maintain, these licenses and permits in effect for the duration of this ContractAgreement. Further, CONTRACTOR warrants that its he/she and his/herits employees shall conduct themselves in compliance with such laws and licensure requirements, including, without limitation, compliance with laws applicable to sexual harassment and ethical behavior. CONTRACTOR CONTACTOR must notify ADMINISTRATOR within one (1) business day of any change in license or permit status (e.g., becoming expired, inactive, etc.).
5.2 In the performance of this ContractAgreement, CONTRACTOR shall comply with all applicable provisions of the California Welfare and Institutions Code (WIC); Title DocuSign Envelope ID: 23B4657D-C98F-4EA3-A3C2-208A37E4A951 45 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR); implementing regulations under 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards; Title 48 CFR Section 31.2; and all applicable laws and regulations of the United States, State of California, County of Orange, and County of Orange Social Services Agency, and all administrative regulations, rules, and policies adopted thereunder, as each and all may now exist or be hereafter amended.
5.2.1 For federally funded Contracts in the amount of $25,000 or more, CONTRACTOR certifies that its officers and/or principals are not debarred or suspended from federal financial assistance programs and/or activities.
5.3 . CONTRACTOR shall cooperate with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) on the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the State’s Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention and Intervention Program, and shall comply, to the mutual satisfaction of COUNTY and CDSS, with any and all reporting and evaluation requirements established by CDSS.
