LICENSES AND STANDARDS. 5.1 CONTRACTOR warrants that it and its personnel, described in Paragraph 2727 of this AgreementContract, who are subject to individual registration and/or licensing requirements, have all necessary licenses and permits required by the laws of the United States, State of California (hereinafter referred to as “State”), County of Orange, and all other appropriate governmental agencies to perform the services described in this AgreementContract, and agrees to maintain, and require its personnel to maintain, these licenses and permits in effect for the duration of this AgreementContract. LICENSES AND STANDARDS. 5.1 CONTRACTOR warrants that it and its personnel, described in Paragraph 2727 2627 of this AgreementContractAgreement, who are subject to individual registration and/or licensing requirements, have all necessary licenses and permits required by the laws of the United States, State of California (hereinafter referred to as “State”), County of Orange, and all other appropriate governmental agencies to perform the services described in this AgreementContractAgreement, and agrees to maintain, and require its personnel to maintain, these licenses and permits in effect for the duration of this AgreementContractAgreement.
