Licenses; Compliance with Laws. The Company has received all approvals, authorizations, consents, licenses, orders, registrations and permits of all Governmental Bodies necessary for the conduct of the Company’s business as currently conducted and use of the Real Property or the Personal Property. The Company is and has been in compliance in all material respects with all federal, state, local and foreign laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, decrees and orders applicable to it, to its employees or to its business or property. Neither the Company nor any representative of the Company in its capacity as such has violated the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act or the anticorruption laws of any jurisdiction where the Company does business. The Company has at all times complied with all legal requirements relating to export control and trade sanctions or embargoes
