LICENSES, PATENTS, PERMITS. Prior to commencement of work/services to be performed under this Agreement, Contractor shall apply for, obtain and maintain in current status, at his/her own expense, any license, permit or approval required from any agency for the performance of said work/services, or forfeit any right to compensation under this Agreement.

To the greatest extent permitted by law, Contractor shall not be entitled to any compensation for any Work performed while not properly licensed, etc.
