Work Required. The City requires that the successful bidder perform a complete and satisfactory job in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Work Required. Required to pack, ship and receive all materials, pertaining to the Company. May be responsible for the receipt, pick-up and/or delivery of packages and custody of all materials in his charge. Any other duties required by Supervisor.
Work Required. Work Required. Buyer acknowledges that the locomotive requires modification of the couplers to conform to Union Pacific requirements for alignment control before placement for interchange. If it so chooses Buyer agrees to provide all required parts and labor to convert this locomotive to acceptable condition for interchange. If locomotive is modified for interchange, Seller agrees to place the Locomotive at the interchange of the Union Pacific Railroad in Portola, CA, at no charge to Buyer following acceptance of the Locomotive for interchange. Exact timing of interchange will be coordinated by the Seller and Buyer separate from this agreement.
Work Required. The Specifications and Drawings are intended to be complementary, and what is called for by either shall be as binding upon Contractor as if called for by both. The Work shall be complete in every detail.
