Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, King hereby grants to PTI the following licenses, exercisable only as set forth in this Agreement or in the Collaboration Agreement and only for the conduct of the activities required or permitted in the performance of PTI’s obligations and exercise of its rights thereunder:
