Licensing and Approvals. Contractor shall assist District in obtaining all local and state licenses, permits, requirements, and approvals including, but not limited to, approval from the Division of the State Architect (“DSA”), approval from the Department of General Services, and the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act.
