Licensing and Permitting. All contractors or employees hired by the Recipient shall have all current licenses and permits required for all the particular work for which they are hired by the Recipient. The administration of resources awarded by DEO to the Recipient may be subject to audits and/or monitoring by DEO as described in this section.
