Common use of Licensing Fee Clause in Contracts

Licensing Fee. As a new VOMI course provider, Licensee shall pay to VOMI, upon execution of this Agreement, a non-refundable, non-transferable licensing fee of one hundred thousand US dollars ($100,000.00).

Licensing Fee. As a new VOMI course Programs, Events & Other Services provider, Licensee shall pay to VOMI, upon execution of this Agreement, a non-refundable, non-transferable licensing fee of one hundred ten thousand US dollars ($100,000.00)10,000.00) as set forth in Exhibit 2- Payment Instructions of this Agreement.
