Licence Fee. The Licensee must pay HK$ as licence fee to the Government (“Licence Fee”) on the day of signing this Agreement.
Licence Fee. 1. The Publisher will invoice Licensee and/or Institutions for the Licence Fee payable at the addresses specified in Schedule 3.

Licence Fee. You must pay the Licence Fee and associated charges in full on the due dates in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and as specified in the Pay Residential Fees section of SISWeb. Your obligation to pay the Licence Fee applies whether or not You move into the Room and irrespective of your course dates. UCD reserves the right to charge You a reasonable fee to cover its administrative expenses should it have to pursue You for payment.
Licence Fee. The licence fee for each of the Brand Licence Agreements is a nominal one-off amount of HK$100. The licence fee was determined by arm’s length negotiations between the parties with reference to historical licence fees and use of the licence. Conditions Each of the Brand Licence Agreements shall be conditional upon satisfaction of the following conditions:
