Licence Fee. The Licensee must pay the Licence Fee to the School Council:
(a) at the School Council’s address specified in Item 15 of Schedule 1 (or to any other address as the School Council notifies the Licensee by Notice from time to time); and
(b) without demand by the School Council at the times and in the manner set out in Item 7 of Schedule 1 (or at such other times or in such other manner as the School Council notifies the Licensee by Notice from time to time).
Licence Fee. 7.1 The Licensee shall pay to DACS the Licence Fee within 30 days from the date of invoice, unless agreed otherwise with DACS in writing. The Licence Fee is non-returnable.
7.2 All payments shall be remitted by the Licensee in GBP (sterling) payable to DACS by cheque or by bank transfer to a bank account nominated by DACS. All currency exchange fees, remittance fees or other charges connected with payments by the Licensee hereunder shall be borne by the Licensee and shall not be deducted from the amount due to DACS.
7.3 All sums payable by the Licensee are net of VAT and any other Sales Taxes, which shall, where appropriate, be payable by the Licensee in addition to the Licence Fee.
7.4 Where the Licensee is required by any law for the time being in force to withhold from payments due hereunder any tax of whatsoever kind, the Licensee shall account for such tax properly and shall also supply to DACS at such times as it may request such information as the Licensee shall have been able to obtain concerning:
(a) the amount of tax withheld; and
(b) the legal provision or requirement under which such tax is required to be withheld; and shall, at the request of DACS, carry out all such acts and provide all such information and documents as are reasonably necessary to enable DACS to obtain any tax credit or repayment provided for under the laws of any country for the time being in force.
7.5 Without prejudice to any other right or remedy of DACS, and without imposing an obligation to accept late payment, where any fees payable under this Agreement are not paid within 30 days of the due date, DACS shall exercise its statutory right to claim interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
7.6 Acceptance by DACS of any sums shall not prevent DACS at any later date disputing the correctness of the sums paid or demanding particulars from the Licensee concerning the amount finally due, and neither shall acceptance of any sum by DACS constitute a waiver of any breach of any term of this Agreement by the Licensee if any such breach shall have taken place.
Licence Fee. The Licensee must pay HK$ as licence fee to the Government (“Licence Fee”) on the day of signing this Agreement.
Licence Fee. 1. The Publisher will invoice Licensee and/or Institutions for the Licence Fee payable at the addresses specified in Schedule 3.

Licence Fee. Payment You agree to pay the Licence Fee in full for the whole Period of Residence in the instalments and on the dates stated in the Offer whether or not you receive a formal request from the University or the Managing Agent. Failure to pay in full or on time may result in commencement of debt collection procedures against you in order to recover the amounts owed.
Licence Fee. You must pay the Licence Fee and associated charges in full on the due dates in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and as specified in the Pay Residential Fees section of SISWeb. Your obligation to pay the Licence Fee applies whether or not You move into the Room and irrespective of your course dates. UCD reserves the right to charge You a reasonable fee to cover its administrative expenses should it have to pursue You for payment.
Licence Fee. The licence fee for each of the Brand Licence Agreements is a nominal one-off amount of HK$100. The licence fee was determined by arm’s length negotiations between the parties with reference to historical licence fees and use of the licence. Each of the Brand Licence Agreements shall be conditional upon satisfaction of the following conditions:
Licence Fee. The Licence Fee depends on the nature of the rights granted. You agree to notify Alamy in the event that you wish to expand the usage for the Content and pay any additional Licence Fee. Use of any Content in a manner not specifically authorised under the terms set out in the Invoice or otherwise in the Agreement constitutes a material breach of the Agreement and may in some instances constitute an infringement of copyright and/or other Intellectual Property rights.
