Common use of Licensing of Microsoft Software Products Clause in Contracts

Licensing of Microsoft Software Products. Microsoft alone is the licensor of any Microsoft Software Products included within your Image, and any use by Customers of such Microsoft Software Products is governed by Microsoft’s license terms. Nothing in this Agreement grants you the right to license or sublicense any Microsoft Software Products to Customers or any other third parties. The terms of use associated with your Image must make clear that: (i) the rights you grant to Customers extend only to your Products within the Image and not to any Microsoft Software Products within the Image; (ii) Microsoft is the licensor of any Microsoft Software Products within the Image; and (iii) the Customer’s use of any Microsoft Software Products within the Image will be governed by Microsoft’s license terms.
