Prohibited Use of Program Services. You will not use Program Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Addendum, the Agreement, or any Documentation. You may not use the Program Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Microsoft server, or the network(s) connected to any Microsoft server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Program Services or other Microsoft services or products. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Program Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any Microsoft server or to any of the Program Services, through hacking, password mining, or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Program Services.

Except as expressly modified by this Addendum, all of the terms and conditions in the Agreement, which is incorporated by reference herein, apply to your use of the Commercial Benefits Program. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the same meanings provided in the Agreement.

  • Prohibited use of card (a) You must not use the card, and/or otherwise operate the card account to pay the current balance.

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.

  • Hosted Services We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Hosted Services you have purchased available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (a) planned downtime under our direct control (of which we shall give at least 8 hours notice via the Hosted Services and which we shall schedule to the extent practicable during the weekend hours from 6:00 p.m. Pacific time Friday to 3:00 a.m. Pacific time Monday), (b) to the extent we are notified by third party service providers of planned downtime (of which we shall provide such notice to you via the Hosted services as soon we can reasonably do so), or (c) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems, internet service or third party hosting provider failures or delays ("Force Majeure"). Hosted Services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.

  • Permitted Users Client may access and use only the Course Materials to which Client has subscribed, and such access and use is limited to the number of users identified in the Order Form and any subsequent Orders placed under an Order Form, and for the Contract Term. Orders for additional Subscriptions may be agreed by the parties from time to time under a particular Order Form, and shall set forth the number of additional Subscriptions, the total Subscription Fees payable therefore, and any other terms and conditions relating to such Order (each, an “Order”). Each Order Form and each Order, upon execution by both parties, shall form a part of this Agreement, and shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof. An Order may take the form of a supplementary document signed by each party or acknowledged by each party electronically (whether by facsimile transmission, email or by other similar reliable means evidencing the intent of the parties). Each Order shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and shall be incorporated herein by reference. A Subscription is limited to use by one individual user and may not be transferred to another user.

  • The Services The HSP agrees to provide the Services on the terms and conditions of this PFA including all of its Appendices and schedules.
