Licensing of Weapons. Palestinian policemen entitled to carry handguns within the Palestinian wing in the course of their duty pursuant to Paragraph 2 above, shall be required to obtain a written license from all of the following: a. The Council; b. The Manager of the Palestinian wing; and c. The Director-General.
