Licensing Officer. The Licensing Officer has the overall responsibility for the administration of this Agreement. Only the Licensing Officer is authorized to take actions on behalf of the Licensor to amend, modify or deviate from the Agreement terms and conditions. The Licensing Officer may delegate certain responsibilities to authorized representatives. The Licensing Officer may designate a Licensor’s Technical Representative to assist in the administration of certain responsibilities. The Technical Representative shall act as the Licensor’s principal point of contact for day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with License Agreement. If no Licensor’s Technical Representative is appointed, the responsibilities shall remain with the Licensing Officer.
