Licensor Certificates of Insurance. Licensor shall provide the Knicks with appropriate evidence of insurance setting forth the required coverages not later than ten (10) days prior to the date on which such coverage is required to be obtained hereunder. For each consecutive year, Licensor shall provide appropriate evidence of insurance no later than ten (10) days before the policies are required to be renewed. At the request of the Knicks, Licensor shall obtain, release, and forward duplicate original copies of any policy or policies for review by Licensor or its agent to determine if all insurance requirements have been met.
