Common use of Licensor’s Property Clause in Contracts

Licensor’s Property. Licensor is the owner and operator of an existing ditch system, commonly known as the Rocky Mountain Ditch, that includes rights-of-way and easements to inspect, use, operate, maintain, and repair the Ditch (the “Ditch System”). Licensor also uses the rights-of-way and easements to divert, control, transport, carry, and deliver water and to inspect, use, operate, maintain, and repair the Ditch System.
