Licensor is the owner and operator of an existing ditch system, commonly known as the Rocky Mountain Ditch, that includes rights-of-way and easements to inspect, use, operate, maintain, and repair the Ditch (the “Ditch System”). Licensor also uses the rights-of-way and easements to divert, control, transport, carry, and deliver water and to inspect, use, operate, maintain, and repair the Ditch System.
