Common use of Licensor’s Rights Clause in Contracts

Licensor’s Rights. 14.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent Licensor from granting any other license for the use of the Licensed Marks or from utilizing the Licensed Marks in any manner whatsoever. 14.2 Licensee agrees that rights not specifically granted to Licensee are reserved by Licensor and may be freely exploited by Licensor without limitation.
