Licensor's Risk. The Licensee must not do, or omit to do, or permit or suffer to be done or omitted to be done, anything in or about the Boat Park or the Land, to which the Licensee has access under this Licence, if the Licensor may become exposed to a liability to pay a penalty, damages, compensation, cost, charge or expense.
