Common use of Licensor’s Title to Premises Clause in Contracts

Licensor’s Title to Premises. Licensor represents that Licensor has good and lawful title to the Site and that, so long as Licensee is not in default under the Agreement, beyond all applicable notice and cure periods, Licensor covenants that Licensee shall have license to use of and access to the Site and the Premises for the purposes set forth herein and in the Agreement without hindrance to or interference with or molestation, throughout the term of this License, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
