Title to Equipment. Title shall vest in the Contractor to all equipment purchased hereunder.
Title to Equipment. Title to any equipment and supplies that may be furnished by UNDP shall rest with UNDP and any such equipment shall be returned to UNDP at the conclusion of this Contract or when no longer needed by the Contractor. Such equipment, when returned to UNDP, shall be in the same condition as when delivered to the Contractor, subject to normal wear and tear. The Contractor shall be liable to compensate UNDP for equipment determined to be damaged or degraded beyond normal wear and tear.

4) Upon the request of NYSERDA, the Contractor shall execute, acknowledge, deliver and perform, or cause to be executed, acknowledged, delivered or performed, all such bills of sale, assignments, conveyances or other documents or acts as NYSERDA may reasonably request in order to assure the better vesting in and confirming to NYSERDA, its successor and assigns, of title to and possession of such equipment. If, after six (6) months following the later of (a) Contractor’s completion of these obligations, (b) completion of the Work, or (3) the termination of this Agreement, NYSERDA has not removed any such equipment, it will be deemed abandoned and become the property of the Contractor. Any such removal of equipment by NYSERDA shall be at NYSERDA’s expense.
Title to Equipment. The Equipment shall at all time remain the property of Company and Customer shall do nothing to encumber or interfere with those rights and shall take all actions necessary to protect those rights. Customer shall not acquire any interest in or rights to the equipment, other than the rights of use set forth in this Agreement.

Title to Equipment. Upon Foothill's request, Borrower immediately shall deliver to Foothill, properly endorsed, any and all evidences of ownership of, certificates of title, or applications for title to any items of Equipment.

Title to Equipment. 10.1 The hirer acknowledges that the owner retains title to the equipment and that the hirer has rights to use the equipment as a mere bailee only. The hirer agrees that the hirer has no rights to pledge the owner’s credit in connection with the equipment.
10.2 The hirer agrees not to agree, offer or purport to sell, assign, sub-let, lend, pledge, mortgage let or hire or otherwise part with or attempt to part with personal possession or otherwise not to deal with the equipment and not to conceal or alter the goods or make any addition or alteration to, the equipment.
Title to Equipment. Title to and risk of loss of equipment purchased with funds received through this Agreement shall, at all times, vest in and with Participant. Participant acknowledges that NSAQMD did not supply, design or manufacture the equipment or any of its components. This equipment is commercially manufactured and sold by a manufacturer to be determined by Participant. NSAQMD specifically disclaims all warranties, express and implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for the intended purpose, as to the purchased equipment, any test equipment or field tests. In no event shall NSAQMD be liable to Participant or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages for the design, manufacture, operation, maintenance, performance, or demonstration of the purchased equipment under any theory, including but not limited to, tort, contract, breach of warranty, or strict liability.
