Common use of LIDB Clause in Contracts

LIDB. 10.1 BellSouth LIDB stores current information on working telephone numbers and billing account numbers. 10.2 Where ComSouth is purchasing Resale services BellSouth shall utilize BellSouth’s service order generated from ComSouth LSR’s to populate LIDB with ComSouth’s customer information. BellSouth provides access to information in its LIDB, including ComSouth customer information, to its LIDB customers via queries to LIDB. 10.2.1 When necessary for fraud control measures, BellSouth may perform additions, updates and deletions of ComSouth data to the LIDB (e.g., calling card deactivation). 10.2.2 ComSouth will not be charged a fee for LIDB storage services provided by BellSouth to ComSouth pursuant to this Attachment.
