Customer Contacts. CLEC, or CLEC's authorized agent, are the single point of contact for its End User Customers' service needs, including without limitation, sales, service design, order taking, Provisioning, change orders, training, maintenance, trouble reports, repair, post-sale servicing, Billing, collection and inquiry. CLEC will inform its End User Customers that they are End User Customers of CLEC. CLEC's End User Customers contacting Qwest will be instructed to contact CLEC, and Qwest's End User Customers contacting CLEC will be instructed to contact Qwest. In responding to calls, neither Party will make disparaging remarks about the other Party. To the extent the correct provider can be determined, misdirected calls received by either Party will be referred to the proper provider of Local Exchange Service; however, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to prohibit Qwest or CLEC from discussing its products and services with CLEC's or Qwest's End User Customers who call the other Party.

Customer Contacts. Customer initially designates the person set forth in Exhibit D, Section 2 as the Customer Account Liaison, being the primary authorized contact for account management, project funding, performance, payment, and other commercial issues with respect to the Hosted Services. Customer further initially designates the person(s) set forth in Exhibit D, Section 6 as the Customer Authorized Support Contact(s), being the primary authorized contact(s) to utilize the telephone support and Internet technical support system. Customer will ensure that all Customer Authorized Support Contact(s) will have received adequate training on the Hosted Services. Customer may change their designated Customer Account Liaison or Customer Authorized Support Contact(s) by written notice to NAVITAIRE.
Customer Contacts. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or as agreed to in a separate notification signed by SPRINT, SPRINT shall provide the exclusive interface with SPRINT's customers in connection with the marketing or offering of SPRINT services. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, in those instances in which VERIZON personnel are required pursuant to this Agreement to (1) interface on behalf of SPRINT directly with SPRINT's current customers, or (2) interface directly with “pending” SPRINT customers for the purpose of effectuating a SPRINT order for change of service, such personnel shall not identify themselves as representing VERIZON. For purposes of this section, a “pending” SPRINT customer means any VERIZON customer for whom SPRINT has submitted a valid change in service order, but for whom the change in service has yet to be completed. In both such instances, all forms, business cards or other business materials furnished by VERIZON to SPRINT’s current or pending customers shall be generic in nature. In no event shall VERIZON personnel acting on behalf of SPRINT pursuant to this Agreement provide information to SPRINT customers about VERIZON products or services unless otherwise authorized by SPRINT. Nothing in this Section 3.8 shall preclude VERIZON from contacting SPRINT’s current or pending customers in the normal course of VERIZON’s marketing and sales activities; provided, however, that those VERIZON wholesale market personnel responsible for processing requests for customer service records, change in service orders, or other requests by SPRINT shall not share any CPNI with VERIZON’s retail sales and marketing personnel in violation of the law or, to the extent required under applicable law, without SPRINT’s consent.

Customer Contacts. During the term of this Agreement, the Marketing Agent will work exclusively with Phoenix with respect to any business opportunity presented to the Marketing Agent by Phoenix or obtained by the Marketing Agent as a result of the working relationship of the Marketing Agent with Phoenix.
Customer Contacts. During your employment you will communicate and channel to the Company all knowledge, business and customer contacts and any other information that could concern or be in any way beneficial to the Business of the Company. Any such information communicated to the Company as aforesaid will be and remain the property pf the Company notwithstanding the subsequent termination of your employment.

Customer Contacts. Customer Contacts must be identified in writing to Sun within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date. All Customer Contacts must be located at Customer Site. Customer must notify Sun’s Licensee Support Engineer in writing whenever the Customer Contacts change. Sun will not be responsible for any delays or damages resulting from Customer’s failure to notify Sun of a change in its Customer Contacts.
