Lien and Judgment Searches. The Bank shall have received Uniform Commercial Code, tax and judgment lien search reports with respect to each applicable public office where Liens are or may be filed disclosing that there are no outstanding Liens of record as of the Effective Date in such official's office covering any Collateral or showing any Borrower or the Guarantor as debtor thereunder (other than Liens permitted to exist pursuant to Section 6.1 hereof).
