Lien Eliminated By Foreclosure. If the Association has recorded a Notice of Delinquent Assessment and the lien is eliminated as a result of a foreclosure of a Mortgage or a transfer pursuant to the remedies provided in the Mortgage, the new Owner of the Parcel shall pay to the Association a pro-rata share of the Regular Assessment for each month remaining in the Association's fiscal year after the date of the foreclosure or transfer pursuant to the remedies provided in the Mortgage.
