LIEN ON CONTENTS. The OCCUPANT grants the owner a lien upon all personal property located at this self-service storage facility for rent, labor, late payment fees, or other charges present or future, incurred pursuant to this rental agreement and for expenses necessary for the preservation, sale, or other disposition of personal property in accordance with the provisions of this agreement and the laws of Alberta. The OCCUPANT’S property will be subject to a claim of lien and may even be sold to satisfy the lien if the rent and or other charges due remain unpaid for fourteen (14) consecutive days as authorized herein.
