Lien Search Reports, Etc. (i) A lien search report, certified by the Secretary of State or other applicable Governmental Authority for each jurisdiction the filing in which could perfect a Lien in any Collateral, for all UCC, judgment lien, tax lien and equivalent lien filings made against each Reliant Retail Obligor; and (ii) evidence that the Liens indicated by such financing statements and similar filings (A) have been or will be on the Effective Date terminated, released or otherwise discharged in full prior to or concurrently with the Effective Date or (B) are Permitted Liens.
