Lien Search Reports; Existing Liens. Based on the foregoing information, UCC lien and tax liens and judgment search reports for each Grantor have been requested from each UCC filing office in each jurisdiction set forth opposite the name of such Grantor on Schedule 1.03. Schedule 1.03 describes all existing Liens of each Grantor as of the Closing Date which shall continue after the Closing Date and which are not Permitted Encumbrances.
