Lien Title Indemnity. Notwithstanding Section 5.6.1, Owner shall release any payments withheld because of any Lien if Contractor obtains a Contractor ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; provided, however, that other than compliance with its obligation to deliver a Contractor ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, the posting of such Contractor ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ does not relieve Contractor of any other obligations (including its indemnity obligations) under this Agreement.
