Common use of Liens and Other Charges Clause in Contracts

Liens and Other Charges. Developer has paid and discharged, or will cause to be paid and discharged, before the same become overdue all claims for labor, materials, or supplies that if unpaid might by law become a lien or charge upon the TAD Project unless Developer is lawfully protesting the same, in which case Developer will provide a suitable “mechanics xxxx xxxx” to discharge such lien from the TAD Project.
