Common use of Liens securing Pari Passu Senior Secured Debt Clause in Contracts

Liens securing Pari Passu Senior Secured Debt. provided that such Liens shall (x) rank pari passu with the Liens in favor of the Collateral Agent securing the Obligations and (y) be subject to any Intercreditor Agreement or any Other Intercreditor Agreement;
