Liens; Taxes. Lessee shall pay all sums of money that become due for any labor, services, materials, supplies, utilities, furnishings, machinery or equipment which have been furnished or ordered by Xxxxxx which may be secured by lien against the premises. Lessee shall pay all real and personal property taxes assessed against the premises, such payments to be made no later than November 15 of the year in which the taxes become due and payable, and will submit a copy of the receipt for the taxes to the City's Director of Finance.
