Lieutenant Candidate Clause Samples

Lieutenant Candidate. Excluding the first five (5) years of employment required for promotional exam eligibility, candidates shall be awarded one (1) point for each year of completed creditable service thereafter up to the seniority component maximum of ten (10) points. Incomplete years: One quarter point (0.25) for every three months of completed service will be added to the seniority component maximum of ten (10) points.
