LIFE SAFETY ENGINEERING CONSULTANT. The Project Architect shall employ a qualified Fire Protection and Life Safety Engineering Consultant experienced in the design and third-party certification of building fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA 72 and Title 28, Part 1, Chapter 34. Subchapter F. of the Texas Administrative Code (Fire Alarm Rules).
